Rangnik’s broom – They are for sale!

Rangnik's broom - They are for sale!

Ralf Rangnick barely stepped onto Manchester soil before declared his team needed work.

United have quite quality individuals, but on the other hand, those who constantly warm the bench in vain waiting for a chance.

Then there’s the added problem of a few big names demanding more time in the game. Judging by their performance so far this season, it will be difficult for them to break through, so leaving may be the best option for all sides.

It looks like players like Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Phil Jones will potentially close the door at Old Trafford next month.

As for Lingard, his performance against young boys in his last game was poor, and he seems to be yearning for a potential return to West Ham, which allowed him to flourish memorably during loan in the second half of last season.

His goal against Liverpool on debut was the perfect way to present himself to the fans, but since then, apart from a few glimmers of magic, he has failed to climb to the same heights. Now, it looks like patience has finally broken.

His agent revealed to Sky Sports that his client wanted a new adventure.

Judging by the lack of game time and the new demands of Rangnick’s high pressing system, Marcial won’t miss much. He enjoyed his great events during his years at the club, but the time has come for them to part ways.

It may be difficult for teams to reduce the price United will want to raise, but the possibility of a loan has not been ruled out. Sending him out for the rest of the season and then making a long-term choice this summer would work.

In United’s draw against Young Boys in the Champions League, Lingard was one of the marginal players given the chance to impress Rangnick. However, that didn’t work out for him, as he played on very shaky legs.

Phil Jones and Juan Mata are still Juanides players, yes.

It would be a pretty crazy comeback if Phil Jones were forced to return to United’s first team. He is said to have asked to play for U23 in a bid to build a sharpness, and Rangnick is thought to have been impressed with his attitude.

Now back in training, Jones has been given the chance to secure a place in the interim manager’s plans for the rest of the season. Injuries are the only reason his career is derailed.

His last appearance in the senior line-up was against Tranmere Rovers in January 2020. and has since sustained numerous injuries. Overall, the stopper was off the field for 18 months.
