Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé will remain at the club for the rest of the season.
There has been much speculation that he could move to Madrid’s Real, who wanted him last summer, offering $188m.
None of that, though, will happen, as he has big plans with the Saints, at least when it comes to this season.
“I will give everything I have to win the Champions League, the league, and the Cup. To give the fans satisfaction, they deserved it,” Kylian Mbappé told “CNN” and added:
“I was honest. I’m happy to stay. This is my town, this is where I grew up. I’m French. I want to win everything this season. To play for PSG is amazing. To play with family and friends beside you.”
They are about to play Real Madrid in the eighth round of the Champions League final.
“We have to be ready. It’s the most important part of the season. Of course, we want to step up. In the past two years, we have played finals and semi-finals. Now we want to win.”
He enjoys playing with Lionel Messi.
“It is a great honor for me to be able to tell my children that I am playing with Messi. We have to enjoy it while he’s in Paris. It’s an amazing moment for the history of this game,” Kylian Mbappé concluded.
